Use this trigger if you want to receive an email every time there is a new pricing update from your tier 1 competitors. Alerts can also be delivered through Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Use this trigger to automatically TAG the update with a given tag at the same time. Tagged insights can be added to automated reports. To create an automated report, configure an Insight report for whichever set of tags you wish from the Report hub:

Use this trigger to automatically PIN the update to a competitor trait. Pinned insights can be reviewed later, allowing you to create a high priority insight review queue for team members separated by a competitor, business vertical, topic, etc.

Sales Team Alert / Workflow type: Trait Based

Use this Workflow to send an automated Alert to a channel, team or person anytime a Competitor’s pricing is updated by a manager. In this case, the CI Channel will get a Slack alert anytime their direct Competitor’s pricing changes
